Ask permission to keep anonymous notes. Do not record private documents, identifiers or financial information.

2. What triggered it and what happened next?
3. Which part took the most time or needed correction?
4. What happened when it went wrong?
5. What is your current workaround?
6. Who decides whether a new method can be tried?
7. Would a fictional demonstration be useful to review? A no is valid.

For each conversation record: consent; date; role without name; direct observation; interpretation; uncertainty; current workaround; next permitted step. Label AI role-play as rehearsal, never customer discovery.

Funnel fields: conversations, relevant problems, offer discussions, proposals, paid orders, accepted deliveries, refunds, actual costs and total time. Do not fill later stages from assumed conversion rates. Earned income is zero if no payment occurred.

Decision: continue / change / stop; supporting evidence; disconfirming evidence; next smallest test. No actual customer or income is claimed by this template.
