Current public feedback route

Open the project issue tracker ↗

The issue tracker is public and may require a GitHub account. Include the page URL, steps to reproduce, expected behaviour and a redacted screenshot if useful. There is no contact form on this page and no message has been submitted merely by visiting it.

Privacy and security questions

Do not post passwords, API keys, recovery codes, private documents, account exports or personal learner information in a public issue. For a sensitive concern, first request a private follow-up route without publishing the sensitive details. A dedicated private reporting inbox, confidential support service and response-time commitment have not been established for this pilot.

Account help

Use the Account menu to export data, replace a recovery code, revoke other sessions or delete your account after password confirmation. Recovery requires your stored recovery code; email login and email password resets are not available. Please do not send credentials to request assistance.

Facilitator enquiries

Read the adult facilitator kit and indicate the proposed audience, facilitator and format without sharing attendee lists. A 60-minute taster is not full completion of the approximately 120-minute starter. Dates and partnerships must be agreed before being announced.

Before sharing a screenshot

Remove your username if you do not want it public, along with account details, keys, private prompts, browser tabs and downloaded-file contents. For connection failures, the exact browser error code is useful; do not bypass certificate warnings.
