Using the materials

Public learning materials and downloads are available without an account. Reuse is governed by the applicable licences, not a transfer of ownership of third-party material. Read the licensing page before redistribution.

Accounts and acceptable use

Account registration is limited to adults aged 18 or older in this pilot. Choose a unique password and keep your recovery code. Do not impersonate others, access another person's account, probe accounts without permission, distribute malware or use the platform to infringe rights. Use only provider credentials you are authorised to use.

Your work and responsibility

You retain whatever rights you already have in your own work. Saving a draft permits the service to process it for the requested storage and learning features; it does not make the work public or grant a general promotional licence. Do not upload private documents, credentials or material you lack permission to process. Sharing and cloud saving are explicit choices.

AI and external services

Generated output can be false, unsafe, biased or incomplete. Verify it against sources and acceptance tests. Activities are not professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice. External tools have separate terms, privacy practices and changing quotas. Company tutor access does not give you ownership of company API keys.

Availability and outcomes

This is a pilot supplied as available. Features can fail or change; retain independent exports of important work. No result, uptime level, certificate, job, accessibility conformance or free-provider capacity is guaranteed. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Leaving or reporting a problem

Export or delete your account through the Account menu. Deletion does not erase local browser copies or downloaded files. Report a redacted issue through the contact page; do not publish passwords or recovery codes. These published terms may be updated, with the date shown here. Significant operational changes should be reflected in the relevant policy before launch.
